Civilization, linguistics, stylistics, and critical theory has been his special field however, the sign of indigenous epistemology and ancient Indian philosophy can be felt across the lines in his dozens of writings. The most important and interesting characteristic of Dr. Gopi Chand Narang's criticism is Pluralism and Multiplicity of meaning. The Pluralism reflects the aspects of his personality and writings of being secular and humanitarian while multiplicity of meaning delineates his concept of meaning which is against the monoism and limitation in content interpretation. In this article Dr. Gopi Chand Narang's criticism has been studied in such a way that it becomes evident how he finds out multiplicity of meaning in his analysis of literary texts.
Muhammad Rashid Saeedi Liaqat Ali Copyright (c) 2022 URDU RESEARCH : ارمغان 2022-06-20 2022-06-20 3 1 1 10 A Research and Critical Review of the Controversy of Josh and Shahid in the Tradition of Literary Controversy with Special Reference “Saqi” (Josh Number). http://armaghan.wum.edu.pk/index.php/ojs/article/view/47
The tradition of literary controversy is very old. The Arab’s poets used the means of satire to establish their virtue and fame. Sometimes writers would be grouped and they would come to the level of personalities. In such a case, their art would go behind the scenes and their personality would be exposed. The writer is not only the reflection of society but also a sensitive and mature person of the society. That is why he adorns the knowledge, he acquires through his experiences and observations in the form of his thoughts. His thoughts leave a positive or negative effects on the rest of the society. Also chooses whether they belong to the genre of poetry or to prose but sometimes the point of view of one writer may differ from another. The way Shahid Ahmad Dehlvi disagreed with Josh Malihabadi on linguistic issues and it grew so much that both the writer go skewed and divided each other personal affairs and mudslinging which benefited neither literature nor their caste. But, promoted the negative impression by it. In this situation the reader became just a spectator. So, a writer should try this on his own, does not violate the literary requirements
“Internal and external behavior of human being is defined as Psychology. Anwar Ahmed fiction depicts political, economic, and social issues, and the resulting uncertainty, the modern-day psychological confusion created by the whole background. In this regard, the study of his novel "Astroturf" is very important. The departed exile is presented in a sense of insecurity through the old man's own words. In short, Dr. Anwar Ahmed is writing fiction in any background. His main themes are not only derived from Pakistani society and politics but also reflect the difficulties faced by people living in other countries day and night.
Shazia Andleeb Sumaira Shafi Rukhsana Baloch Copyright (c) 2022 URDU RESEARCH : ارمغان 2022-06-20 2022-06-20 3 1 23 30 The Tradition of Literary Editorial Writing in Urdu in the Context of “Nigar” http://armaghan.wum.edu.pk/index.php/ojs/article/view/41
Editorial writing is a part of Journalistic culture. Literary Editorial writing in Urdu started from newspapers. Editorials are usually written by an editor of a magazine or news paper. The editorial is not only a reflection of the editor's temperament and taste, but also represents the policies that are consistently considered essential to this particular journal. Historically, the first impression of literary editorial writing in Urdu are found in Tehzeeb-ul-Akhlaq (1870) After that, these early trends in editorial writing in Urdu literature continued to evolve in different periods. Among the early periodicals and journals, Makhzan, Zamana, Asmat, Salay-e-Aam, Humayun, Nigar, Nerang-Khayal are not only noteworthy but also important. But his editorials refrained from interfering in matters of debate, criticism, debate, affirmation and negation, and linguistic and scientific matters. "Nigar" is the most important of these. Nigar avoided any compromise in academic matters, and turned institutional writing into art. This tradition of Nigar was followed by later magazines. It is clear from the history of literary editorial writing that over time, journals have tried to understand their perspectives by making their presentation, content layout and literature the subject.

. The poem was included in the Harvard manuscript book as "An Anacreontic" in 1820. Anacreontic is a poem written in the style of the ancient Greek poet Anacreon, identified for celebrations of love. Shelley wrote this poem in a copy of Leigh Hunt's Literary Pocket-Book in 1819. Leigh Hunt published this poem in 1819 in an issue of “The Indicator”. In 1824 it was reprinted in “Posthumous Poems” edited by Mary Shelley. The poem compresses a seductive argument and offers proof of the “divine law” of love through nature. The central message of the poem is that everything in the universe has a companion and that there is no meaningful separation in the natural world. A lover's spirited argument for the union of love changes the tone of the poem from narrative to a debated mode. The style of the poem is so alluring and the idea of the poem is so appealing that it caught the attention not only of a local literary circle but it also attracted many literary minds universally and so is translated in other languages. In the Urdu language, there are ten translations of this poem and so the translation techniques and the transmission of the original text are also varied in these translations. In the paper, the comparative study of these translations is presented to analyze these variations.
Itrat Batool Muhammad Qasim Copyright (c) 2022 URDU RESEARCH : ارمغان 2022-06-20 2022-06-20 3 1 43 62 Syed Anis Shah Jilani was the pa Sketching of Syed Anis Shah Jilani (Read a Few Titles) http://armaghan.wum.edu.pk/index.php/ojs/article/view/42
Syed Anis Shah Jilani was the patron of "Mubarak Urdu Library".
