Abstract

Muhammad Hassan Meraj is a storyteller , columnist and play writer. He had been working  in army as a Lieutenant general for fifteen years. His book “Rail Ki Seti”is a travelogue that covers a history of sixty five years. Its each  station has a story. The characters and events in this book is reflect the post colonial system . Rail is used as a colonial era ,which not only mentions the events of migration ,but also the punishments given under the imposed laws and assimilation, but also  the punishments given under the imposed the laws of other nation. Post. Colonialism has created the effects of mental slavery  under three elements languages, culture and religion. This research article highlight the post .colonial elements in “Rail Ki Seti” which reveal the causes of the problems we are facing in the present era.
